Arbitration Fees
Hourly Arbitration Rate: $350 per hour
Half-Day Hearing
$1,300, up to four hours of scheduled hearing time
Full-Day Hearing
$2,400, up to eight hours of scheduled hearing time
Mediation Fees
Hourly Mediation: $350 per hour | Half-Day Mediation: $1,300, up to four hours | Full-Day Mediation: $2,400, up to eight hours | Mediation Preparation: $350 per hour | Additional Mediation Time: $350 per hour
All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. Mediation and arbitration fees are subject to applicable HST and reasonable disbursements.
Cancellation Policy
Fees are subject to a rescheduling and cancellation policy based on the number of calendar days before the scheduled hearing or mediation date.
More than 21 calendar days
No cancellation fee
14–20 calendar days
25% of the scheduled hearing or mediation fee
7–13 calendar days
50% of the scheduled hearing or mediation fee
Less than 7 calendar days
100% of the scheduled hearing or mediation fee
Applicable HST and reasonable disbursements are additional.
